Leadership and Innivation
People says "leaders are born and not made". The fact still remain that everyone have the responsibility to perform as a leader in his/her own domain. We all need to learn the technique of true leadership, this will help us to build confidence required to take the lead. It is not easy to lead, it require patience, endurance and maturity. These qualities cannot be bought with money, it must be cultivated right from within. These basic needs are what we must possess in order to face challenges of leadership.
